Founded in 2008 by our Sr. Consultant Jesús Vargas, who after several years of financial and managerial experience in the private sector , turned his expertise to serve international clients.
We are a small, dynamic team with three main areas of operations:
1. Legal: Our certified legal team responds to legal questions about doing business in Spain, contract reviews, company registration and representation, general counsel.
2. Fiscal: We are fully certified tax agents with the Spanish tax Agency for 10+ years. Our most common services are individual & corporate tax filing, VAT registration, general tax consulting.
